30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original condition: unused, unopened, with all tags and packaging intact
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Special conditions:
- Trading cards: Must remain factory-sealed with no evidence of tampering
- Pre-owned items: Eligible for exchange only (unless defective)

Return Process

Contact us through our Contact Form with your order number and return reason
Await approval - we'll email you a return authorization with instructions
- Important: Never send items back without authorization - unapproved returns will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
An incorrect order

Notify us right away via the Contact Form with:

Your order number
Detailed description of the issue
Supporting photos (if possible)

We'll respond within 72 hours and may provide a pre-paid return label for eligible cases. Note: Faulty items undergo inspection before refund approval.

Exchange Procedure

For exchanges:

First return the original item (following standard return process)
After approval, order the replacement item separately

Processing begins only after we receive and verify your return
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Note: Bank processing times may cause additional delays
Shipping costs are only refunded for our errors (wrong/damaged items)
